Denise Jennings is a Contracts Administrator/Paralegal at Sunrays International and offers contract and litigation support across all Shah Brother Enterprise (SBE). She is responsible for managing the full life cycle of Government and Commercial Contracts, supporting internal auditing, drafting and negotiating agreements between domestic and international commercial customers, assuring adherence with Government policies and mitigating risk on behalf of the organization. She brings past government contracting experience in the defense and information technology services sector.
Ms. Jennings studied law at New England School of Law Boston and is currently pursuing a certification in information security.
